Summer is the time I use for my personal training. This summer I have had the opportunity to spend 4 days at Guro Ron Balicki's Summer Camp. It was 4 intense days of:
* Bowie Knife Tactics and Sparring with  Cold Steel-Lyn Thompson
* Savate Kickboxing with Nicolas Saignac
* Muay Thai Kickboxing with Rodger Luri
* Kickboxing wit Benny The Jet
* Jun Fan Kickboxing...
* Kali
* Silat...
* Shooto... all with Guro Ron Balicki

It was a personal growth journey deeper into the arts I love. I would encourage everyone to join his camp. You will come back exhausted but a better martial artist for it.

Enjoy,
BK

It's summer time ! This is the time of year to train outdoors: in the park, on the beach, in the hills !!!

Training outside brings mother nature's best elements into play: The sun, wind, trees, leaves, grass, sand...etc. Wear your sun screen, sun glasses and enjoy your training in nature's best Dojo ...Have fun with it and stop by and join us as we enter the great outdoors for sticks, edge weapons, Jun Fan and PFS.

The great outdoors = nature's best dojo !!!
