Swings- 12kg Left Hand/ Right Hand:
10/10 12/12 14/14 16/16 18/18 20/20 10/10 = 200 swings per hand

Summer is the time I use for my personal training. This summer I have had the opportunity to spend 4 days at Guro Ron Balicki's Summer Camp. It was 4 intense days of:
* Bowie Knife Tactics and Sparring with  Cold Steel-Lyn Thompson
* Savate Kickboxing with Nicolas Saignac
* Muay Thai Kickboxing with Rodger Luri
* Kickboxing wit Benny The Jet
* Jun Fan Kickboxing...
* Kali
* Silat...
* Shooto... all with Guro Ron Balicki

It was a personal growth journey deeper into the arts I love. I would encourage everyone to join his camp. You will come back exhausted but a better martial artist for it.
