Kettlebell routine for weight loss and strength

Here is a great program using Kettlebell Complexes for weight loss.

I have been doing complexes for a while now. For this program I use an 8kg (18 lb)bell. I chose a lighter weight so I can get through 5 sets. IT IS NOT EASY even with the lighter KB.

Weeks 1,3,5: A-B-A
Weeks 2,4,6: B-A-B

Program A:
One Hand Swing x10
Snatch x10
Clean + Press x5+5
Front Squat, rack position x5

Program B:
One Hand Swing x10
Clean and Press x5+5
Snatch x10
Reverse Lunge x5
Row x5

Warm up 10 min with halos, pumps and magnificent 7...cool down with yoga plank, table top, downward dog, stretching and deep breathing.

I do this program M-W-F. Keeping T-Th for Turkish Get Ups. I also maintain my evening 3-4 power walk.
