Single Sticks: upward/downward figure 8's and added an Abaniko.

Introduced angles 1-5.
* added counter to angle 1...block/check the hand,slice under the arm or elbow or hand...Abaniko and using a snake disarm to remove stick.
Empty Hands: first fundamental drill from 1-3 series of JKD: jab, cover, then quickly cross, hook, cross, round kick.
Knife: defanging the snake while doing numerada (5 angles).
